Personal training is what Liquori Fit is all about, this is what we do! Liquori Fit Training provides excellent personal training focused on each client. Every workout is programmed and customized to each client and their goals. One of my favorite aspects of personal training is offering real time adaptability to our client's needs in real time. So we constantly adapt and make changes in every workout when needed to be as productive as possible.

The best and easiest way to get started is to come in for a personal training consultation. You'll be able to check out the gym and sit down for a no pressure chat. We'll talk about where you're at, what your short and long term goals are and how I can help you get there. What seems like a scary first step is made easy with a powerful and motivational conversation on how to get you on track to making progress!
