"Last year I had to get hip surgery in December which set me back physically and mentally but Matt never stopped supporting me before and after during the recovery process. We slowly got going again. With a macro plan, intermittent fast, consistent workouts and getting back to running I started making great progress every week. I lost 30 lbs in 3 months and another 5 in the next two months to get back to my high school weight, at age 33, 185, with a lot more muscle than I’ve ever had before. “After colon cancer and retirement, I decided to make some lifestyle changes and re-invent myself. I tried to go at it alone for a while with minimal success. My wife Susan had been working out with Matt for a time and loving it, so I gave him a call. Since the first session, I have been so much healthier. I have lost weight, lowered my blood pressure, and increased my strength and stamina. As a result, I have hiked over 200 miles in the last 12 months, including 7 Adirondack High Peaks and many trails in the area.
