Bootcamps

Looking for a fun and challenging group workout? Liquori Fit bootcamps are a full body and cardio focused workout designed to meet you at your fitness level and pushes you to get a great workout every time.

We typically run a fall and new year/spring sessions of bootcamps with a break for the holidays and summer.

We are currently running bootcamp at 6:30am on Saturday mornings each weekend! Contact us for more information or if you're interested in joining a bootcamp!.

Personal Training

This is what we do! Liquori Fit Training provides excellent personal training focused on each client. Every workout is programmed and customized to each client and their goals. One of my favorite aspects of personal training is offering real time adaptability to our client's needs in real time. So we constantly adapt and make changes in every workout when needed to be as productive as possible.

We offer both 1 on 1 private personal training sessions as well as semi private group training sessions to cater to our clients needs and wants.

Nutrition Coaching

We know that nutrition can very often be a big factor in our clients reaching their fitness goals. With every client, we regularly chat about nutrition habits and how we can make small and impactful changes.

We offer an optional nutrition education and coaching service that will help dig deeper into your nutrition and aim to make long term changes to make a major impact in reaching your fitness goals as well as maintaining an better understanding of how your nutrition impacts your life and health.

Group Hikes
Event Coaching

With over a decade of personal experience as well as experience helping clients prepare for various fitness competitions, we offer coaching services to prepare you for any goal you set. This includes bodybuilding, powerlifting, running a 5k or running a marathon. Special shoutout to my client I trained to successfully hike the entire Appalachian Trail. Whatever the goal/event, with a good plan, check ins and guidance along the way, you can do it!

In the last 5 years, my passion for hiking the high peaks in the Adirondacks has taken off. I find these big, challenge hikes so enjoyable and rewarding for so many reasons. In this time, I've summited all 46 high peaks. Along the way, I have found another passion for taking people with me. I want to people to experience what I have found so valuable to me.
